Today, Friday 26th July 2019, I had the honour to serve as the Guest of Honour at the closing session of the 3rd Sida-Bright International Summer School on Software Engineering & IS at the College of Computing and Information Sciences (CoCIS). This Edition of the International Summer School on Software Engineering and IS intended to provide a contribution to PhD students and academic and industrial researchers on latest findings in the field of Software Engineering and Information Sciences. This edition’s lectures covered relevant topics including; Interactive Design, Business Process Modelling, Software Sustainability and Innovative Research & Grants among others.
How International can it be? This was it. Prof. Andy Dearden confessed that he had reduced his international missions but since it was happening at Makerere, he travelled and has found the training worthwhile. The resource persons included:
