The School of Business, College of Business and Management Sciences (CoBAMS), Makerere University invites applications for Postgraduate 'Skills enhancement short certificate courses' for the January 2017 intake.

This is an intensive skills development programme delivered in two weeks with case studies and practical hands-on approach. Ordinarily the courses would be covered in 4-6 weeks but the full content is condensed in two weeks to enable flexibility and convenience to the participants.

Application Forms can be picked (free of charge) from and returned before the start date of each intake to:

Diploma Holders Admission Lists under Government Sponsorship for 2026/2027 AY

The Office of Academic Registrar, Makerere University has released lists of Diploma holders admitted under the Government Sponsorship Scheme for the Academic Year 2026/2027.

Under the Diploma Holders Government Sponsorship Scheme admission does not exceed 5% of the intake capacity to the respective Degree Programme.

Mature Age Examination Results for 2026/2027 Academic Year

The Office of Academic Registrar, Makerere University has released results for the Mature Age Entry Scheme Examinations held on Saturday 13^thDecember 2025.

Candidates who scored a minimum of 50% passed and have been recommended by the Pre-Entry & Mature Age Committee to the University’s Admissions Committee for consideration.

The Aptitude Exam (Paper 1) results for the Mature Age Entry Scheme 2026/2027 can be accessed by following this link.
