ICF Macro is pleased to announce a short-term fellowship program that is designed to promote teaching and research capacity among junior faculty at universities in developing countries.In particular, the program aims to increase capacity in the use of data collected in the Demographic and Health Surveys (DHS) program for high quality research and teaching. This year, the focus is on universities in East Africa.
The program is funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) through the MEASURE DHS contract.
Fellows will work at their home institutions but must be available to attend two workshops organized by ICF Macro, one at the beginning and one toward the end of the program.
This is a time sensitive announcement: applications are due no later than March 15 2011.
