President Museveni Launches National Mindset Education Programme

Over time, it has been realized that the citizens’ negative mindsets are some of the key national constraints to development and social transformation. Consequently, the Ministry of Education and Sports signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the International Youth Fellowship (IYF) to focus on creating a system which delivers a radiant mindset and competencies amongst the labor force, responsive to the demands of the country.

The Celestini Project, brings together Young Scholars who have been awarded by the Marconi Society to engage university students and help them use modern technology to provide social and economic transformation for their communities. In Uganda, the program is led by Joseph Kakande (a young scholar) with the support of the College of Engineering, Design, Art and Technology (CEDAT) and College of Health Sciences (CHS) at Makerere University.

Please see attachments below for admission lists for both Diploma Holders and A-Level International Applicants.

Please note that First Year privately sponsored students must pay 60% tuition and all functional fees using provisional admission letters before picking their original copies.
