Would you consider me in such field of studies (PhD in condensed matter Physics or any related fields.)

Question

I have GPA = 3.27 MSc grade , language skill (i have some evidence paper my medium of instruction is English from BSc Degree , MSc Degree until now and i have IELTS result 4.0 point ) , so can i possible to compute PhD program in your institution ?

Financing
#How can i get funding of the study ?

"Thank you so much !"

I observe that many universities in other parts of the world are increasingly adopting the American approach to PhD studies. In these universities (including Cambridge), students are exposed to advanced tools in areas like microeconomics, macroeconomics, mathematical economics and econometrics, plus any other areas depending on the orientation of the university/program. In East Africa, I am aware of only University of Nairobi and University of Dar es Salaam that have adopted this approach to PhD studies in economics. I am also aware that Mak. had adopted the same approach but abandoned it, for whatever reason. But as an economist, I appeal to Mak. admin to review their decission and consider re-introducing the program asap.
